The Averages
Learners are given descriptions of average pupils using data from SportAtSchool and they are asked to compare their class’s data to these averages. The task encourages pupils to discuss and think about the merits of using averages. (Mean, mode, median and data collection for KS3.)
It is recommended that learners complete the SportAtSchool online questionnaire to help answer Task B question 2.
